Plant selection is essential to creating successful landscapes – especially in difficult environments. This workshop explores how to choose plants that thrive in challenging sites while meeting a client’s aesthetic goals. Presenters will address plant and tree health care, pest and pathogen identification, and practical solutions for recurring plant loss. We will reinforce these concepts with a hands-on diagnostic activity. Participants will earn CCH / CEU credits for IAH, ISA and Indiana Chemist. Everyone will also receive an Indiana native shade and sun palette and a list of resilient plant replacements suited for problematic areas.
