Jessica works closely with seedsmen, state and federal regulators, the seed trade industry, and consumers to monitor the compliance of seeds sold and distributed with the Indiana Seed Law. Not only is she the Seed Administrator but she is also certified in both germination and purity. She holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Biology with a minor in Forensic Science and Sociology from Purdue University.
