JT is the Territory Manager for Aquatrols for IL, WI, MN, IA, NE, and S/N Dakota and lives in the Chicago suburbs.  He is responsible for managing surfactants and nutritional products within the turf and horticultural markets. He graduated from Purdue University (1980) and has 40 years of sales experience in both manufacturing and distribution markets. Prior to professional selling, JT worked at 2 golf courses in Ft. Wayne, IN where he found his passion. Turner has been active various turf grass associations serving as President of MRTF (3 terms) and Past President Illinois Turf Foundation and Endowment.  Throughout his tenure, he has been recognized for his dedication and achievements as recipient of both MRTF and ITF Distinguished Service Awards. One of his key inputs while serving the MRTF was to move the education and tradeshow from Lafayette to Indianapolis establishing a new venture for turf mangers. Today, the program has expanded and one of the top turf/landscape shows in the Midwest.

Turner was also involved in helping the Foundation to visualize a world class research center which is now called the Daniel Center. He continues his passion for the green industry and helping other turf professionals to be successful!
