Maritza is currently the only female Associate Director of Stadium Grounds in Major League Soccer. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication through the University of Tennessee. She is passionate about educating and encouraging others to join and break barriers in sports turf management. Her commitment extends beyond maintaining playing surfaces to shaping the future of the industry and inspiring others to join this exciting journey
