Terry Jungels was a co-owner of TLC, Total Lawn Care, Inc in Indianapolis, IN and recently sold his business to LawnPro Partners.  Terry is a Purdue University graduate (B.S. Management , M.S. Agronomy)  and Board Member of the MRTF.   TLC was formed in 1989 and has approximately 25 full time employees including a son who is in the business.  While the intention was to keep the business in the family some life events occurred that made the principals evaluate the situation and decide to sell the business.  The process involved picking a partner using a variety of parameters.
